Waste Heat Continuous Belt Sludge Dryer for Municipal Sludge

Introduction:

Mesh belt dryer is a machine for batch and continuous production. The main heating ways are electric heating, steam heating and hot wind heating. Materials evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder. The mesh belt is made of stainless steel of 12-60mesh and it moves inside the dryer dragged by the transmission device. The dryer consists of numerous units with independent circulation for each unit. Some end gas is exhausted by wet exhaust fan and the waste gas is controlled by the adjustment valve. Hot gas passes through materials and takes away moisture by heating and drying. The speed of the mesh belt is adjustable according to the temperature of materials. Finished products will continuously fall into the material collector. Upper and lower circulation unit is selective according to consumers’ needs, so is the number of units.

The materials are uniformly distributed on the mesh-belt by the material feeder. The mesh-belt generally adopts 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh and it is drawn by a transmission device and move inside the dryer .

The dryer is composed of several sections. For each section, the hot air is circulated separately. Part of exhausted gas is exhausted by a special moisture exhaust blower. The waste gas is controlled by an adjustment valve. The hot air passes through the mesh-belt covered with bring water material away.

The mesh-belt moves slowly, running speed can be freely adjusted according to the material property.The final products after the drying process will fall into the material collector continuously.

The top and low circulation units can be freely equipped according to the user's requirements.The number of section might be selected according to the production demands.
